Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes are more popular than ever. Yoga can be an ideal way to maintain fitness when you are pregnant. Yoga aids in relaxation and breathing, and increases flexibility, strength, circulation and balance. During this exciting transformational time of pregnancy yoga can help you adapt more gracefully to your changes bringing a sense of integration, and appreciation for your body.

Post-natal, Mom and Me Yoga
Times and Dates: TBA
This class is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new mother and baby. Mother must have been cleared for exercise by her doctor and the baby must not yet be crawling. It is recommended that moms have previous prenatal or regular yoga experience.

Postnatal Shape UP! 50/50 PI-YOGA
Times and Dates: Monday [TBA] If interested in this class please contact Jenni at 817-819-3012
This class is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new Moms from at least 4 months post-partum to 2 years post-partum (Yes it can take that long to be normal again…whatever that means). We will be exploring pilates exercises for 50% of the class, focusing on toning shaping and strengthening the whole body. The other 50% of the class we will explore yoga that will help to bring balance to many of the changes that you may have noticed motherhood has brought about. This class is for Mom Only (no babies this time) That way we can really focus on Moms needs and much needed relaxation
